2. Engagement and Pricing

  • All projects begin with a scoping phase to agree on deliverables, timelines, and pricing
  • Pricing is provided in writing before work commences
  • Changes to scope may result in adjusted pricing

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

  • Provide timely access to systems, data, and stakeholders
  • Review and approve deliverables in a reasonable timeframe
  • Ensure they have the necessary licenses for third-party software (e.g., Microsoft 365)

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients own the automation workflows, documentation, and other deliverables created specifically for them. We retain the right to reuse general methodologies, templates, and non-client-specific code.

5. Limitation of Liability

We provide services with reasonable skill and care. However, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or issues arising from third-party software, client data quality, or changes made by the client after delivery.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with 14 days' written notice. Clients remain responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
